目的观察金因肽联合半导体激光治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床疗效及安全性。方法 136例患者随机分为观察组及对照组各68例,二组均予金因肽摇匀溶解后喷至溃疡表面,每日早、中、晚、睡前各1次;观察组加用半导体激光口腔治疗仪照射溃疡面,光斑直径为10mm,每个光斑之间相隔5mm,根据溃疡面的面积大小进行多光斑照射,每点照射5min,1次/d。7d为1个疗程,观察时间1年。结果二组间痊愈率、显效率、总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论金因肽联合半导体激光治疗复发性口腔溃疡安全可靠,有效率高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of gold peptide combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer (ROU). Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The two groups were evenly dissolved with gold peptide and sprayed on the surface of ulcer. Each group was given morning, middle and evening, The semiconductor laser dental instrument irradiates the ulcer surface, the spot diameter is 10mm, and each spot is separated by 5mm. According to the area of the ulcer surface, multi-spot irradiation is performed, and each spot is irradiated for 5min and once per day. 7d for a course of treatment, observation time of 1 year. Results The cure rate, effective rate and total effective rate of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusions The combination of gold peptide and semiconductor laser for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer is safe, reliable and effective. It is worthy of clinical application.
