目的研究八角茴香油精馏釜底残液的化学成分。方法运用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从八角茴香油精馏釜底残液中得到2个化合物,分别鉴定为(E)-1,4-二(4-甲氧基苯基)-3-丁烯-2-酮(1)和4-羟基-3-(3-甲基-3-丁烯-2-基)苯甲醛(2)。结论化合物1的核磁数据为首次报道,化合物2为新化合物。
Aim To study the chemical composition of the residue of the star anise oil distillation bottoms. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified based on the physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Two compounds were obtained from the residue of the Anise Oil Distillation Bottom and identified as (E) -1,4-bis (4-methoxyphenyl) -3-buten- And 4-hydroxy-3- (3-methyl-3-buten-2-yl) benzaldehyde (2). Conclusion The NMR data of compound 1 are reported for the first time and compound 2 is a new compound.
