Academician Li Peicheng was born in Qian County, Shaanxi Province in 1935 and graduated from the farmland water conservancy department of Northwest Agricultural College in 1956 and stayed in the school. 1963 ~ 1966 in the Soviet Union Moscow Institute of Geology Exploration geology Department of hydrogeology Ph.D. In the original Northwest Agricultural College, Xi’an Jiaotong University, the former Shaanxi University of Technology, Northwest Agricultural University, Xi’an Institute of Geology, Xi’an Institute of Engineering.
