随着知识经济时代的到来,创新性人才的培养,成为社会日益关注的问题,作为职高,如何结合素质教育,开展大学生创新能力的培养,为社会培养创新人才,是当前面临的重要课题。1当前职校的创新教育存在的主要问题1.1教育教学理念有待提升。“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”的职业教育理念还没有深人人心,中职学校在办学定位、指导思想等方面目标不够明晰,办学理念囿于传统教育模式,存在着重理论轻技能、重知识传授轻能力应用的缺陷,教育教学观念相对陈旧,对人才培养没有考虑市场多元因素。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the cultivation of innovative talents has become a growing concern in society. It is an important issue that how to integrate quality education, how to cultivate the innovative ability of college students and how to train creative talents for the society as a job title. 1 The main problems of the current innovation education in vocational schools 1.1 The concept of education and teaching needs to be improved. The concept of vocational education has not yet been deeply rooted in the concept of vocational education based on the principle of service and employment. The goal of secondary vocational schools is not clear enough in terms of school orientation and guiding ideology. The concept of running a school is based on the traditional mode of education. Skills, knowledge of light to teach the application of defects, education and teaching concepts are relatively old, did not consider the cultivation of personnel market multivariate factors.
