为了提高冲针抗粘着性能,将N+注入和Si3N4增强沉积运用于冲针表面改性处理,并作了一些探讨性分析。结果表明,N+注入有利于改善冲针的抗粘着性能,提高其使用寿命。
In order to improve the anti-adhesion performance of the red needles, N + implantation and Si3N4 enhanced deposition were applied to the surface modification of the needles, and some exploratory analyzes were made. The results show that N + injection can improve the anti-adhesion performance of the red needles and prolong their service life.
