目的:探讨磷酸肌酸(CP)、果糖二磷酸钠(FDP)在小儿心肌炎治疗中具有的临床效果。方法:选取重庆市南川区人民医院2014年7月至2016年3月收治的65例小儿心肌炎患者,采用奇偶数分为两组,其中CP组32例给予磷酸肌酸治疗,另FDP组33例给予果糖二磷酸钠,对比两组1个疗程后心肌功能指标变化情况与临床疗效。结果:心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、乳酸脱氢酶-1(LDH-1)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)等指标,治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),1个疗程后,CK-MB差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);c TnI、cTnT含量CP组较FDP组显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);LDH-1含量CP组显著高于FDP组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CP组总有效率为93.75%,FDP组为93.94%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿心肌炎治疗中,果糖二磷酸钠与磷酸肌酸具均具有较高的临床效果,其中磷酸肌酸对心功能直接保护作用显著,果糖二磷酸钠对心肌改善效果更为显著,临床可视患儿症状表现进行选择。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of creatine phosphate (CP) and sodium fructose diphosphate (FDP) in the treatment of pediatric myocarditis. Methods: Sixty-five children with myocarditis admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to March 2016 in Nanchuan District People’s Hospital of Chongqing were divided into two groups according to their even numbers. Among them, 32 patients in CP group were treated with creatine phosphate and 33 patients in FDP group Given fructose diphosphate, compared two groups after a course of changes in myocardial function and clinical efficacy. Results: The indexes of cardiac troponin I, cTnT, LDH-1 and CK-MB were significantly lower than those before treatment (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in CK-MB after one course of treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of cTnI and cTnT in CP group were significantly lower than those in FDP group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The LDH-1 content in CP group was significantly higher than that in FDP group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate in CP group was 93.75% and that in FDP group was 93.94% Statistical significance (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Both sodium fructose diphosphate and creatine phosphate have a high clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric myocarditis. Among them, phosphocreatine has a direct protective effect on cardiac function, and the effect of fructose diphosphate on myocardial improvement is more significant.
