冷却塔施工中,人字斜柱的施工质量至关重要,根据设计要求,截面形式一般分为圆形和方形两种,模板传统的支设方法一般采用加大保护层的作法,即将圆形截面变为方形截面,配制大模板进行施工,或采用定型钢模板进行施工.这两种方法在施工中,前者改变了设计者的意图,同时斜模不易加固;后者一次性投入成本大,施工工期长,在人字斜柱上下端细部不易处理.
