辽宁省鞍山静电技术研究设计院生物工程研究室,经五年的实验研究,于1986年开发出静电处理提高种子活力的新技术,并通过了省级技术鉴定。经1982—1987年在20多个农业科研及技术推广单位进行试验及1987-1988年的大面积示范,初步确认静电处理对种子有下列作用: 1.能加速种子的萌发。经静电场处理的种子,发芽势、发芽率及出苗率均有所提高。出苗普遍比对照早1天,而且苗齐苗壮。尤其对活力已明显下降的种子,效果更显著。如已明显变劣的陈旧东瓜种子,经静电处理的出苗率为56%,而对照仅为8%。 2.有利于幼苗的生长。种子经静电处理的幼苗长势普遍优于对照。如高粱的株高、茎粗、叶片数比对照分别高24.9%、13.2%和19.7%。
