本文结合泗许高速公路京九铁路桥预制梁场的工程实例,从模板、钢筋、混凝土配合比、拌和、振捣及养护、张拉压浆、场地清理等方面出发,就如何控制预制箱梁外观质量作了阐述,总结了预制箱梁精细化施工控制要点,并提出了制订预制箱梁外观精细化考核办法,对每一片箱梁进行考核并对作业班组进行奖惩,极大地提高了工人积极性,从而提高预制箱梁工程的内在及外观质量。
Based on the engineering examples of prefabricated beam yard of Beijing-Kowloon Railway Bridge of Si-Xu Expressway, this paper discusses how to control prefabricated box girder from the aspects of formwork, reinforcement, concrete mix, mixing, vibrating and curing, tensioning and grouting, The quality of the appearance is expatiated, the main control points of prefabricated box girder construction are summed up, and the method of elaborating the outlook of the prefabricated box girder is put forward. Each piece of box girder is appraised and rewards and penalties are given to the work team, which greatly improves the enthusiasm of workers , Thereby enhancing the inherent and appearance quality of precast box girder works.
