我们主张投资区地产市场应当实行完全竞争型的目标模式。在市场充分自由竞争的基础上,不论土地使用权的出让或转让,其价格都必须由市场决定,实现土地使用权的充分流通,从而实现投资区地产资源的高度商品化、市场化。
We advocate that the real estate market in the investment area should adopt a completely competitive target model. On the basis of full and free competition in the market, irrespective of the transfer or transfer of the land use rights, the prices must all be determined by the market and the circulation of land use rights should be fully realized so as to achieve a high degree of commercialization and marketization of real estate resources in the investment area.
