2000年11月13～16日,本人赴新加坡参加了2000年IEEE管理创新与技术国际会议。会议由IEEE工程管理分会新加坡分支和新加坡工程师协会主办,IEE、新加坡国立大学、南洋理工大学以及IEEE工程管理分会的印度、日本、泰国等分支机构协办。会议代表来自20多个国家和地区,共发表文章140篇。我国一些高校,如清华大学、浙江大学等也派代表参加了会议。会议内容较广,按类别分别分成四大类:一般管理问题、研究开发与新产品开发、信息技术和生产管理。会议就工程管理的创新方法,尤其是在现代信息技术条件下的知识经济创新方法、电子商务、知识创新、企业管理中的创新方法和管理技术等诸多方面进行了探讨。从会议论文的发表情况上看,当前研究的重点是企业管理的一般性方法、生产管理的方法(包括质量管理、库存管理)、供应链管理等方面。电子商务下的企业管理、知识经济、知识管理及创新也成为本次会议的新热点,而有关工程再利用、反向知识工程等新领域也同样受到与会人员的重视。
From November 13 to November 16, 2000, I went to Singapore to attend the 2000 IEEE International Conference on Management Innovation and Technology. The conference was organized by the Singapore branch of IEEE Project Management Branch and the Singapore Institute of Engineers. IEE, National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University and IEEE Project Management Branch of India, Japan and Thailand co-organized the conference. Conference delegates from more than 20 countries and regions, a total of 140 articles published. Some Chinese universities, such as Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, also sent representatives to attend the conference. The conference covers a wide range of topics and is divided into four categories by category: general management issues, research and development and new product development, information technology and production management. The conference discussed the innovative methods of project management, especially the innovative methods of knowledge economy under the conditions of modern information technology, e-commerce, knowledge innovation, innovative methods in business management and management techniques. From the conference papers published situation, the current research focuses on the general method of business management, production management methods (including quality management, inventory management), supply chain management and so on. E-commerce under the management of enterprises, knowledge economy, knowledge management and innovation has also become a new hot spot for this meeting, and the re-use of projects, reverse engineering and other new areas of knowledge are also subject to attendees attention.
