图书馆事业的发展,推动社会文明的进步;读者权利的保护,是图书馆文明的标志。本文从界定读者权利的概念入手,结合我国读者权利保护的立法现状,对我国图书馆立法应规范的读者权利内容进行分析和探讨。
The development of the library cause to promote the progress of social civilization; protection of the rights of readers, is a symbol of library civilization. This article begins with defining the concept of reader’s rights and combining with the legislative status quo of the protection of reader’s rights in our country, analyzes and probes into the content of readers’ rights that should be regulated in our library’s legislation.
