制度的调整和变动决定着经济结构演变的深度和经济发展的潜在空间,制度的存在和维系依靠权威,没有权威就不可能有一致的行动。历史上权威主义曾发挥着重要作用,我国的现代化进程也离不开权威,为适应中国国情和追求人类文明社会的终极目标,权威主义的含义和具体实现途径均应有所创新。中国现代化的当务之急是从稳定政府权威出发,创造条件有步骤地向有中国特色的现代民主过渡。
Institutional adjustments and changes determine the depth of economic structure evolution and the potential for economic development. The existence and maintenance of institutions depend on authority. There can be no concerted action without authority. Historical authoritarianism has played an important role in our country’s modernization process can not be separated from the authority, in order to adapt to China’s national conditions and the pursuit of the ultimate goal of human civilization, the authoritarian meaning and specific ways to achieve something should be innovative. The immediate task of China’s modernization is to proceed from stabilizing the authority of the government and create the conditions for a step-by-step transition to a modern democracy with Chinese characteristics.
