《中国造纸》、《国外造纸》,《中国造纸学报》第二届编委会第二次会议于1988年5月16日～18日在陕西省咸阳市召开。与会者有来自各省(区)、市编委共45人。 会议由编辑工作委员会副主任委员华宁熙同志主持。陕西省造纸学会理事长姬易同志致开幕词。西北轻工业学院陈中豪教授汇报了这次会议筹备经过。在各刊编辑部汇报工作之前,编辑工作委员会副主任马石辉同志介绍了我国1987年造纸工业情况、存在问题和决策。编委们经过将近两天的热烈讨论,肯定了《中国造纸》、 《国外造纸》在编辑部同志们的辛勤劳动下,越办越好,内容不断丰富,并结合我国当前造纸工业发展的需要提供了不少有用的资料。对编辑部提出的问题到会编委也提出了不少有益的建议:1.对经费不足问题,编委们提出应进
The second meeting of the Second Editorial Board of “China Papermaking”, “Foreign Papermaking” and “China Papermaking Journal” was held in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province on May 16-18, 1988.
