生物教学管理对于生物教学效率的提高有着重要的作用,也是提高生物教学质量的关键。因此,强化生物教学管理是教师为完成相应的教学的任务,调控师生之间,学生与学生之间的关系,以及营造较为和谐轻松的教学氛围而进行的教学方法。教师通过运用恰当合理的管理手段和方法,可以优化课堂的教学结构,调动学生学习的积极性,主动性,从而提高教学的效率,全面的提高学生的生物素养。本文将从营造轻松和谐的教学氛围,以学生为教学的主体,以及现代化的教学手段的运用三方面分析如何强化生物教学管理来提高生物教学的效率。
