用循环伏安法研究了Cu (Ⅱ )_胺配合物的电还原性质 ,实验结果表明 :铜胺配合物可以键合O2 ,并催化O2 的还原。Cu (Ⅱ )也能与 1 1 _联_2_萘酚配合 ,但是配合物不能键合O2 ,不能催化O2 的还原。所以铜胺配合物键合并活化了O2 ,具有模拟酶的特征。
The electrochemical reduction properties of Cu (Ⅱ) _ amine complexes were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results show that copper amine complexes can bond to O2 and catalyze the reduction of O2. Cu (Ⅱ) can also be complexed with 1 1 __ _2_ naphthol, but the complex can not be bonded to O2, can not catalyze the reduction of O2. Therefore, the copper amine complex bond activation and O2, with the characteristics of mimicking enzyme.
