目的探讨一侧上颌骨缺损患者赝复体修复后的咬合力分布状况。方法以2007~2009年因一侧上颌骨缺损制作支架中空式永久性赝复体修复的患者为研究对象。采用T-scanⅡ咬合分析仪测定患者咬合加载时间(MLT)及咬合力分布状况。结果赝复体戴入前后咬合加载时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。赝复体戴入后咬合力中心(COF)向缺损侧偏移约3.9mm,缺损区可承受约12.67%的咬合力,同戴入前相比差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论赝复体修复一侧上颌骨缺损一定程度上改善了患者的咬合力分布。
Objective To investigate the distribution of occlusal force after restoration of prosthesis in one side of maxillary defect. Methods From 2007 to 2009, one side of the maxillary defect produced permanent hollow prosthesis restoration prosthesis for the study. The occlusal loading time (MLT) and occlusal force distribution were measured by T-scan Ⅱ bite analyzer. Results There was no significant difference in occlusal loading time before and after prosthesis implantation (P> 0.05). After wearing the prosthesis, the bite force center (COF) deviated to the defect side by about 3.9mm, and the defect area could tolerate about 12.67% occlusal force. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) . Conclusion Prosthesis repaired one side of the maxillary defect to some extent to improve the patient’s bite force distribution.
