目的:建立双参升白颗粒的定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中苦参、党参、黄芪、鸡血藤进行定性鉴别,HPLC法测定苦参中苦参碱的含量。结果:可鉴别苦参、党参、黄芪、鸡血藤,苦参碱在0.206 25~3.30μg的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 6(n=6),平均加样回收率为98.91%,RSD为1.25%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于双参升白颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for the determination of Shuangshen Shengbai Granules. Methods: The qualitative identification of Sophora flavescens, Codonopsis pilosula, Radix Astragali, and Millettia schisandrae by using thin-layer chromatography was carried out. The content of matrine in Sophora flavescens was determined by HPLC. Results: Sophora flavescens, Codonopsis pilosula, Astragalus membranaceus and Millettia can be identified. Matrine has good linearity in the range of 0.206 25~3.30 μg, r=0.999 6 (n=6), and the average recovery is 98.91%. The RSD is 1.25%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Shuangshen Shengbai granules.
