目的:观察穿心莲内酯对慢性支气管炎(CB)大鼠气道炎症的影响。方法:♂SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、慢支模型组、穿心莲内酯组及地塞米松组(n=10)。气管内注入低剂量脂多糖复制CB大鼠模型,在造模同时予以药物干预,4周后测定各组大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)细胞总数、白细胞分类计数以及BALF和血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量。结果:CB大鼠BALF中炎性细胞明显增高,BALF及外周血中MDA、IL-6、TNF-α含量明显增加,而SOD活力则明显降低;经穿心莲内酯治疗后,BALF中炎症细胞分类计数,BALF及外周血中MDA、IL-6、TNF-α含量均明显降低,而总SOD活力明显升高。结论:穿心莲内酯对CB模型大鼠具有一定的抗炎作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of andrographolide on airway inflammation in chronic bronchitis (CB) rats. METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, chronic bronchitis model group, andrographolide group and dexamethasone group (n=10). Intratracheal injection of low-dose lipopolysaccharide replicated the CB rat model, and drug intervention was performed while the model was established. Four weeks later, the total number of cells in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), the leukocyte count, and the total ultrasonography in the BALF and serum were determined. SOD activity, MDA, IL-6, TNF-α content. RESULTS: The inflammatory cells in BALF of CB rats were significantly increased, and the contents of MDA, IL-6 and TNF-α in BALF and peripheral blood were significantly increased, but the SOD activity was significantly decreased. After treatment with andrographolide, the inflammatory cells in BALF were classified. The contents of MDA, IL-6 and TNF-α in BALF and peripheral blood were significantly decreased, and the total SOD activity was significantly increased. Conclusion: Andrographolide has certain anti-inflammatory effects on CB model rats.
