众所周知,体育课具有人际交流频繁,互动作用强烈,个性暴露充分,行为表现明显等主要特征。高中男生正处于从少年期进入青春初期的特定年龄阶段,在心理与行为方式上表现出爱动,好奇,自我评价与自我意识能力尚未完全形式,行为控制能力尚需完善等一系列特点。因而,由于内外多种因素的交叉诱发,不良学习行为在高中男生体育课中尤为常见,对正常的体育教学工作形成了较大的妨碍。据此,本文拟运用教育心理学与组织行为学的有关理论,通过文献分析、调查访问、现场观察等方法,对上述问题作一较为深入的探讨,为进一步完善高中男生体育教学管理工作提供有益的参考。一、高中男生体育课不良学习行为的类型
