《药品管理法实施条例》第四十五条明确规定:中药饮片包装必须印有或者贴有标签。并且必须注明品名、规格、产地、生产企业、产品批号、生产日期[1]。国家食品药品监督管理局2003年12月18日颁发的《关于加强中药饮片包装监督管理的通知》[2]中对中药饮片标签质量作了明确规定。2004年7月1日以后不符合通知要求的中药饮片,不准上市。目前中药饮片标签的管理中,生产、经营、使用单位重视
Article 45 of the “Regulations for the Implementation of the Drug Administration Law” clearly stipulates that the packaging of Chinese Herbal Medicine must be printed or labeled. And must indicate the name, specifications, origin, production companies, product lot number, production date [1]. The Circular on Strengthening the Supervision and Administration of Packaging of Chinese Herbal Pieces issued by the State Food and Drug Administration on December 18, 2003 [2] clearly stipulates the label quality of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces. The Chinese Herbal Pieces that do not meet the notice requirements after July 1, 2004 are not allowed to be listed. At present, in the management of the labeling of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces, the production, management, and use units attach importance to
