目的总结泌尿内镜治疗急性闭合性尿道损伤的临床体会。方法将我院2009年9月-2012年9月80例急性尿道闭合性损伤患者随机分为两组各40例,观察组行内窥镜下尿道会师术,对照组采取常规治疗方法。随访0.5-2年。结果经治疗,观察组尿道球部损伤、后尿道损伤患者的成功率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论内窥镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道闭合性损伤疗效较好,对患者损伤较小,值得临床运用。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of urinary endoscopy in the treatment of acute closed urethral injury. Methods 80 cases of acute urethral occlusive injury in our hospital from September 2009 to September 2012 were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases. The observation group underwent endoscopic urethral mastectomy while the control group received conventional treatment. Follow-up 0.5-2 years. Results After treatment, the success rate of urethral injury and urethral injury in observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Endoscopic urethral mastectomy is effective in treating closed urethral injury and has less damage to patients. It is worth clinical application.
