通过分析江苏省昆山市锦溪镇人民医院(即锦溪镇中心卫生院)2009年1月—2011年12月的概况、人力资源配置状况、业务状况、基本药物制度实施情况、新医院易地重建情况及设备情况等,了解该院服务与经营现状,为小康型乡镇卫生院的发展模式、药物配置与物流及关键技术研究与产品开发提供基线数据。作为苏南发达地区的小康型乡镇卫生院,该院基础条件较好,技术水平、医疗质量、人员配备方面等已经能基本满足当地居民的医疗保健需求,但也存在着职工职称普遍较低、学历水平有待进一步提高、业务收入中药品收入比例较高等问题,还需制订相应的政策和措施来不断提高医院管理与服务水平。
By analyzing the general situation of Jinxi Town People’s Hospital of Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province (ie Jinxi Town Central Hospital) from January 2009 to December 2011, the status of human resource allocation, business conditions and implementation of the basic drug system, Reconstruction situation and equipment situation, understand the hospital service and management status quo, for the well-being of township hospitals development model, drug allocation and logistics and key technology research and product development to provide baseline data. As a well-to-do township health center in the developed areas of southern Jiangsu, the basic conditions of the hospital are good, and the technical level, medical quality and staffing of the hospital can basically meet the needs of local residents for medical and health care. However, Academic qualifications need to be further improved, the proportion of business income in the higher proportion of drug revenue, and the need to develop appropriate policies and measures to continuously improve the hospital management and service levels.
