秋风送爽,花城飘香。经国务院同意,以首次与法国合办为主要特色的第二届中国中小企业博览会暨中法中小企业博览会(下称“中博会”),于9月12日至15日在广州国际会议展览中心隆重举办。从“两部一省”到“四部一省”,从借力港澳到中法合办,从“搭车”广交会到独自办展,从花城会展中心扩至“亚洲第一展馆”……肩负着为全国广大中小企业搭建通往世界桥梁重任的中博会,在成功举办首届活动后的短短一年,第二届盛会就以多方面的突破和创新而大步从“国字号”展会跃升为“国际级”展会,创造了国内会展创办史上的奇迹。
