针对传统仪器不能有效地实时测温的问题(受条件限制或铸件温度场分布不均匀等),利用虚拟仪器及多点测量手段,探讨了LabVIEW系统的实时模拟在测温环境下的应用。实时模拟有效地解决了传统仪器在实时测温方面的限制,可用于实际生产中铸件温度场的测量。
Aiming at the problem that traditional instruments can not effectively measure temperature in real time (due to the limitation of conditions or the uneven distribution of temperature field of castings, etc.), the application of real-time simulation of LabVIEW system in temperature measurement environment is discussed by means of virtual instruments and multi-point measurement. Real-time simulation effectively solves the limitations of traditional instruments in real-time temperature measurement and can be used to measure the temperature field of castings in actual production.
