目的：了解河北省市级医疗卫生单位规划财务人员的配置情况，为提高规划财务人员的综合素质提供依据。方法通过问卷调查法调查河北省市级医疗卫生单位规划财务人员的配置情况，包括人员编制、承担工作、主管领导、性别、年龄等情况。结果编制总人数为1673人，平均17人，超编机构占38.0%；主管领导为院长等的占71.4%；从业年限以20年以上和1~5年的居多，分别占27.6%和23.8%；以大专和本科学历为主，分别占45.2%和37.3%等。结论规划财务队伍呈年轻化，人员较稳定；领导高度重视规划财务工作；规划财务人员高学历、专业人员偏少，无职称人员偏多；规划财务人员亟待培训。“,”Objective To understand the situation of financial personnel al ocation plan of Hebei province municipal medical and health units, and provide the basis for improving the comprehensive quality of financial planning staf in our municipal medical and health units. Methods Through the questionnaire survey in Hebei province municipal medical and health units financial planning personnel, including staf ing, work, leadership, gender, age, et al. Results The compile of a total of 1673 people, with an average of 17 people, overstaf ed institutions accounted for 38%;leadership as Dean is accounted for 71.4%; in the age of 20 years and 1~5 years are accounted for 27.6% and 23.8% respectively; the junior col ege and Bachelor degree are accounted for 45.2% and 37.3%. Conclusion Financial planning team is younger, and personnel is stable;leadership at aches great importance to financial planning;financial planning personnel of high degree, professional personnel is lacking ,and no title personnel is overmuch .The planning and finance staf need training.
