MOSA—Ⅱ(Multichannel Optical Spectrum Analyzer)型多道光谱分析仪是一个快速光谱数据采集、分析和图形处理系统。它由微光摄象机、数据采集与定时控制电路、摄象管几何畸变失真和信号非均匀失真校正电路、IBMPC/XT和绘图仪组成。该系统具有光谱的单次采集、连续采集、噪声处理、谱线的代数运算和几何变换、谱线的实时显示、连续谱线族的三维显示等功能。该仪器灵敏度高(18Photons/sec·mm~2)、分析速度快(64μs/per channel)、频响范围宽(1800A—8000A),经校正后摄象管的几何畸变失真<2%,幅度误差<5%。是一种可供实际使用,性能较好的光谱分析系统。
The MOSA-II Multichannel Optical Spectrum Analyzer is a fast spectral data acquisition, analysis and graphics processing system. It consists of a glimmer camera, data acquisition and timing control circuit, tube distortion distortion and signal distortion correction circuit, IBMPC / XT and plotter. The system has the functions of single spectrum acquisition, continuous acquisition, noise processing, algebraic operation of algebra and geometric transformation, real-time display of spectral lines and 3D display of continuous spectral lines.
