在职阶段是指体育教师进入学校成为正式的学校任课教师后的阶段。很显然,前面所做的一切努力目的都是为了这一阶段体育教师能够更有效地进行教学。前面所获得的教学知识都要受到这一阶段的检验。无疑,没有人会否认这一阶段在体育教师教学知识发展中的重要性。这一阶段体育教师发展其教学知识的方式主要有三种:第一种是工作大学习:第二种是职外学习:第三种是自学。借鉴范良火的研究成果,结合当前教学改革的实际情况,具体说来,主要是通过以下途径进行的。
The incumbent phase refers to the stage after physical education teacher enters school and becomes formal school teacher. Obviously, all the previous efforts have been made to allow physical education teachers to teach more effectively at this stage. The teaching knowledge gained in the past is subject to the test at this stage. No doubt no one will deny the importance of this phase in the development of PE teachers’ teaching knowledge. There are three main ways PE teachers develop their teaching knowledge at this stage: the first is work-study: the second is work-study: the third is self-study. Learn from Fan Lianghu’s research results, combined with the actual situation of the current teaching reform, specifically, mainly through the following channels.
