2015年1月23日,上海市委常委、市委秘书长、保密委主任尹弘到上海市保密局调研指导工作。他实地视察了建设中的市涉密载体销毁中心新址工程,听取了相关情况汇报,并与市保密局班子成员和各处(室)主要负责人进行了座谈。在谈到如何做好今年全市保密工作时,他对市保密局提出三点工作要求:一是要认真做好中保委全会精神的传达学习,确保中保委会议精神和要求在全市的贯彻落实。二是要切实加强市、区两级保密局机构队伍建设,优化职能配置,特别是要在配齐配强区(县)保密局工作力量上下功夫。三是要继续推进市涉密载体销毁中心建设,要学习借鉴兄弟省市的
