2012年,党的十八大胜利召开,我国社会经济文化平稳运行,电视新闻得以在常态中呈现出媒介特色而实现持续发展。这一年,新闻立台理念获得新的内涵,推动了“走转改”活动持续深入开展,电视新闻工作者积极履行社会责任,提升新闻舆论引导能力,改善文风语态,使不同社会意见得以表达;各类新闻形态齐头并进创新发展,传播方式在采编播报和双向动态中实现融合变革;我国主流电视媒体在国际传播竞争中,提升了新闻话语权,有效传达了中国声音。一2012年,我国电视上星综合频道新一轮新闻竞争形成了中国电视新闻传播的新格局。
