随着时代的不断发展,我国人民的经济水平不断提高,对高质量生活的追求也越来越迫切。现如今,人们对饮食的追求已经不再是简单的温饱,而是从追求食物的色香味发展到追求食物的营养价值。正是人们思维观念的转变使得烹饪教学成为一个社会热点话题。本文围绕“中职烹饪教学的创新”展开讨论,希望能够优化我国传统的中职烹饪教学,提高学生的烹饪能力,使中职学生具备社会需要的综合职业能力。
With the continuous development of the times, the economic level of our people has been continuously improved and the pursuit of high-quality life has become increasingly urgent. Nowadays, people’s pursuit of diet is no longer simple, but from the pursuit of food color and flavor development to the pursuit of food nutritional value. It is the change of people’s mindset that cooking instruction has become a social hot topic. This article focuses on the “innovation of secondary vocational teaching” to discuss, hoping to optimize our traditional secondary vocational teaching, improve students’ cooking ability, so that secondary vocational students have the social needs of the comprehensive professional ability.
