细胞是绝大多数生物体的结构和功能的基本单位,是各项生命活动的场所,因而这一部分知识是高中生物学的基础。在《细胞》一篇的教学中,尽可能地运用演示实验和直观教具进行教学,能不断提高学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的学习积极性。现就教材中的有关内容,举几个例子,供教学中参考。 1.区分直链淀粉和支链淀粉的演示实验如何区分直链淀粉和支链淀粉呢?在教学中,可以小圈代表葡萄糖单体,由于直链淀粉是不分枝的链状结构,这时可以在黑板上画出相应的结构,而支链淀粉为分枝的链状结构,这时在黑板上再画出相应的结构。让学生从结构上比较两者的差别。此外,还采
