事实上,物权最容易受到侵犯。在现代社会,对物权的侵犯来自多种力量。本文仅就运用刑法保障物权防止刑事犯罪侵犯物权的问题进行探讨并提出了自己的见解。
In fact, property rights are the most vulnerable. In modern society, the violation of real rights comes from a variety of forces. This article only discusses the issue of using criminal law to protect property rights to prevent criminal offenses against property rights and puts forward my own views.
