(欢迎广大读者参与讨论,邮件请发wang_yun@ccw.com.cn)

Although the answer is not perfect, it is full of exciting highlights. As the third part of “Digital TV National Time Series Report”, this issue focuses on the two cities of Zunyi, Guizhou and Nanyang, Henan Province. They are all typical “small cities and large rural areas” in the geo-administrative region, all of which are historically Outstanding people in the field, in reality, belong to the economically underdeveloped areas, the overall conversion of cable digital television are brave innovators. Such a city, in the central and western regions quite representative of the significance of hope Zunyi and Nanyang story, can give readers useful thinking and positive reference.
