信息时代的发展对县级图书馆提出了越来越高的要求,创新图书馆发展思想及发展道路已经成为必然。我县图书馆在这一发展形势下,对发展理念进行了全面深化,对图书管资源管理及服务管理双方面进行了不断加强,从而达到创新发的展新要求。本文将以我县图书馆为例,针对传统图书馆发展思维所具有的束缚作用,对其所需要面临的挑战进行具体分析,总结出具有较强创新性的图书馆发展新思路。
The development of the information age has put forward higher and higher requirements for the county-level libraries. It has become necessary to innovate the ideas and development path of the libraries. Under this development situation, our county library comprehensively deepened the concept of development and continuously strengthened both the management of resource management and service management of library resources so as to meet the new requirements of innovation development. This paper will take the county library as an example, aiming at the restraining effect of traditional library development thinking, and concretely analyzing the challenges it needs to be faced, and summarizing the new and innovative ideas of library development.
