运动员进行排球训练时,经常会发生运动损伤之类的事情,造成这一事件的主要原因是由于运动员自身对预防认识不够清晰而造成的。还有就是一些运动员在其损伤没有完全恢复的情况下仍然带伤练习,这对于自身的危害是非常大的。因此,为了能够最大限度的减少排球运动员训练时的损伤事件,本文对运动员损伤发生的规律进行了探析,并为以后的预防损伤工作能够做的更加完善提出了一些建议与意见。这对于保证远动员健康使其能够不断得到发展而言具有非常重要的实际意义。
