面对新的形势,作为地方本科院校的许昌学院,其法学专业的课程设置存在缺乏特色,重理论、轻实践,难以满足不同层次学生的需求等问题。鉴于此,以“因材施教,因需施教,分类教学”为指导,重新构建法学专业课程体系,彰显本校特色,提高学生的竞争力,应是一个较好的选择。
Faced with the new situation, Xuchang College, a local undergraduate college, has many problems such as lacking in features, emphasizing theory, practicing lightly and having difficulty meeting the needs of students at different levels. In view of this, it is a better choice to re-establish the curriculums of law specialty, highlight the features of our university and enhance the competitiveness of students under the guidance of “teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, teaching in accordance with their aptitude and classifying them”.
