法治是治国理政的基本方式。党的十八大报告提出加快建设社会主义法治国家,更加注重发挥法治在国家治理和社会管理中的重要作用,维护国家法制统一、尊严、权威,保证人民依法享有广泛的权利和自由。实现建设社会主义法治国家的目标,必须弘扬社会主义法治精神,树立社会主义法治理念,增强全社会学法遵法守法用法的意识,以法治文化建设奠定法治国家的坚实根基。
The rule of law is the basic way of governing the country. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the proposal of accelerating the building of a socialist country ruled by law and placing greater emphasis on giving play to the important role of the rule of law in state administration and social management. We must safeguard the unity, dignity and authority of the state legal system and ensure that people enjoy a wide range of rights and freedoms in accordance with the law. To realize the goal of building a socialist country ruled by law, we must carry forward the spirit of socialist rule of law, establish the socialist concept of the rule of law, raise awareness of law-abiding usage of law-based learning in society, and lay a solid foundation for the rule of law and the building of a nation under the rule of law.
