中成药的使用,应在中医药理论指导下,重视整体观念,通过辨证论治,对症下药。所谓合理使用,换句话说就是防止滥用。目前,中成药产品繁多,运用于临床日趋广泛。但有少数人,由于对中成药的功用、适应症认识不足,及忽略按辨证论治,盲目地使用或大开补药,造成效果不好,亦影响中成药声誉。为此,有必要对中成药的合理使用提出商讨,并谈谈自己肤浅体会,供同道参考。
