1995年8月24日,农发行首届开发性贷款项目管理培训班在甘肃省兰州市举办,历时6天。全国29个省市分行开发信贷处、信贷处的处长和干部60余人参加了这次培训班。此次培训班得到总行领导、开发信贷部、人事教育部的高度重视,得到承办行甘肃省农发行的大力支持以及各省农发行分行的积极配合。总行开发信贷部主任杨鲁民、人事教育部副主任田柏生到会讲话,并参加讨论。甘肃省农发行行长檀景顺、副行长张治钧、阎湖仕参加了研讨。人民银行甘肃省分行副行长王晓光应邀参加了开学典礼。这次培训班是以理论与实践结合进行研讨的形式举办的。总行开发信贷部副主任吴国栋到会以《开发性贷款项目管理》为主题,讲授了开发性贷款项目管理的内涵、外涵与特点以及项目的评估审查和审批程序。并就开
On August 24, 1995, the first ADBC training course for development loans was held in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, which took 6 days. In 29 provinces and cities across the country, more than 60 directors, officers and cadres from credit department and credit department attended the training course.
