牙源性纤维粘液瘤在临床上很少见,是因纤维瘤发生粘液样变性而得名。其好发部位为下颌骨,好发年龄13～35岁。我科曾收住1例,现报告如下: 患者汪××,女性,18岁,1988年1月18日入院,病案号:52757。患者在10个月前出现右下后牙轻度疼痛伴松动,继而右下颌区出现膨隆,曾在地方医院治疗,考虑为:右下颌骨骨髓炎”给予抗生素治疗无效,颌骨膨隆呈进行性加重,引起面部明显畸形,无疼痛不适,不发热。
