介绍了24例后颅凹肿瘤伴有脑积水患者采用坐位手术时，于术前2～3d行脑室外引流的作用与方法。认为该方法较好地解决了此类患者围手术期颅内高压问题，并对术后张力性气颅具有防治作用。24例患者中有1例术后发生张力性气颅，3例术后需行V－P分流水，其余20例取得良好疗效。
The role and methods of 24 cases of posterior cranial fossa tumors with hydrocephalus in patients with hydrocephalus were studied. It is considered that this method can solve the problem of intracranial hypertension during perioperative period in this type of patients, and has a preventive and therapeutic effect on postoperative tension-type gas cranial. Among the 24 patients, 1 had postoperative tension-induced cranial stenosis. 3 patients required V-P shunts after operation. The remaining 20 patients achieved good results.
