目的 了解视神经、视交叉减压前后视觉功能的变化规律。 方法 采用半视野图形翻转视觉诱发电位 (H -PRVEP) ,以P1 0 0 潜伏期为主要评价指标 ,结合一般视觉检查 ,对 3 2例成人鞍区肿瘤手术前后的视觉功能进行动态随访。 结果 发现 1 H -PRVEP检查的敏感性高于临床一般视觉检查 ,而且能反映视路纤维不同部份的受损程度。 2 视神经、视交叉减压后半月内 ,视觉功能改善程度最大 ,以后变化不明显。 结论 H -PRVEP检查可以准确反映视路减压后视觉功能改善的程度。对于评价鞍区病变的视觉功能及预后有重要价值
Objective To investigate the changes of visual function before and after optic nerve decompression. Methods The visual evoked potentials (H-PRVEP) were inverted by semi-field pattern, and the latency of P1 0 0 was taken as the main evaluation index. The visual function of 32 patients with sellar tumors before and after surgery was dynamically followed up by general visual inspection. The results showed that the 1 H-PRVEP test higher than the sensitivity of clinical visual inspection, and can reflect the different parts of the optic fiber damage degree. 2 optic nerve, optic chiasm within half a month after decompression, the greatest improvement in visual function, after the change was not obvious. Conclusion H-PRVEP can accurately reflect the degree of improvement of visual function after visual decompression. For the evaluation of saddle area lesions visual function and prognosis of great value
