对国有企业而言,建立科学有效的激励机制能充分调动企业员工工作的积极性、主动性,为企业发展注入强劲动力。目前中国大部分国有企业尚未真正建立科学合理的激励机制。这足以说明国有企业中建立科学有效的激励机制具有复杂性和艰巨性。本文旨在合理论述如何在国有企业中建立科学有效的激励机制。
For state-owned enterprises, the establishment of a scientific and effective incentive mechanism can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the employees in the enterprise and inject strong motivation into the development of the enterprise. At present, most state-owned enterprises in China have not really established a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism. This shows that the establishment of a scientific and effective incentive mechanism in state-owned enterprises is complex and arduous. This article aims to rationally discuss how to establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism in state-owned enterprises.
