MZ型发动机生产线,与以往比较,对铝加工提高加工效率6倍,工作效率提高一倍,设备台数减少47%。为达到高精度加工而对磨床本身结构进行改进,使圆度、直线度比以往提高60%,表面粗糙度提高50%。在高质量装配方面实施自动化,在工序内进行自动检查,在中间工序增加了水、油泄漏检验工序以提高质量。在作业环境方面,用电磁联锁开关把人与设备隔开,以提高安全性,在各设备设置油浸型油压泵装置和雾沫收集器,并降低喷雾噪声。作为地球环境对策是降低工业废弃物和实施节能。本文就生产线的设计思想、成果及其有关的新技术作一介绍。

This article introduces the design ideas, achievements and related new technologies of the production line.
