“辣家私厨”2013年8月时诞生了第一家店,到如今已经迅速在全国各个城市覆盖了80多家店面。团队是一群“80后”的年轻人,主张用辣椒的“辛香”而非“辛辣”去创意每一道菜品。其结合中国代表“辣”的城市,包括贵、川、渝、湘、鄂各地“辣”的特点,选取合适的食材,精心的研究,运用各种辣椒的不同香味,再结合时下最流行大众口味的食材加以改良,变成更加迎合“80后”、“90后”味蕾的口味。带给广大“辣”爱好者一种不同的“舌尖上的享受”。
