本文以对北京的一次住宅住户意向调查结果为依据,提出了住宅设计应引起注意的一些问题。这些问题从户型,朝向到细部配件、家用电器的放置,几乎包括了住宅设计的所有方面,对搞好住宅设计很有参考价值。
Based on the results of a survey on the intention of a residential household in Beijing, this paper proposes some problems that should be noticed in the residential design. These problems range from the layout of houses to the placement of detailed accessories and household appliances. They cover almost all aspects of residential design and are of great reference value for housing design.
