财政部印发《关于中央财政支农周转金使用管理的几项暂行规定》的通知1985年6月24日(85)财农字第92号中央农口各主管部(局),各省、自治区、直辖市财政厅(局): 为了提高财政支农资金的使用效益,决定从今年开始,对中央财政安排用于支农的一部分资金实行有借有还、周转使用的管理办法。现将《关于中央财政支农周转金使用管理的几项暂行规定》发给你们,今后凡借用此项资金的中央农口各主管部门和地方财政厅(局),均请按照此规定办理。
