目的:研究白牵牛的植物形态和显微结构特征,为鉴定、开发利用和制定其质量标准提供参考依据。方法:采用植物形态和显微鉴别方法。结果:根具初生射线;茎皮层簇晶断续排列成环,厚角组织将皮层分隔成两部分,木质部导管多单个纵向排列;叶主脉维管束数个排列成环;粉末中可见大量黏液细胞,草酸钙晶体。结论:以上特征具有鉴别意义,可做为鉴别白牵牛的参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the plant morphology and microstructure characteristics of white cow, and to provide a reference for the identification, development and utilization and formulation of its quality standards. Methods: Plant morphology and microscopic identification methods were used. Results: Roots had nascent rays; the cortical cristae were intermittently arranged in rings, the thick cortical tissues divided the cortex into two parts, the xylem catheters arranged in a single longitudinal arrangement; the vascular bundles in the main leaves of the leaves were arranged in a ring; Cells, calcium oxalate crystals. Conclusion: The above characteristics have the significance of identification, can be used as a reference to identify white cows.
