财务管理一直是企业管理的核心部分。一般而言,财务管理是组织企业财务活动,处理财务关系的一项经济管理工作。因此,本文会针对广电集团财务管理的现状,分析其存在问题及其解决措施。即从财务管理的集权模式、分权模式和混合模式展开论述,结合广电集团现有特征,得出集权式管理模式被应用到广电集团中的必要,从财务管理模式、组织结构、权责等方面加强财务管理,建立科学财务管理。
Financial management has always been a central part of business management.
